A long-term digital strategy to support growth
Project overview and objective
Essex based training course provider, Project Skills Solutions, requested a complete overhaul of their current website and online booking system, all of which was incorporated into a single bespoke CMS.
What we did
Project Skills Solutions is a provider of training courses across the UK, including everything from health and safety to management training. WCD worked closely with Project Skills Solutions to design and build a website capable of furthering the growth of their business – this was achieved with the launch of an e-learning platform alongside a bespoke control panel for the administration of course bookings, payments and client relations management.
We’ve designed and developed a variety of different microsites for Project Skills Solutions and successfully integrated them into a single bespoke content management system for easy management and control of features across each microsite. These each focus on a particular training course that Project Skills Solutions offer.
The results
Through our work, Project Skills Solutions increased their turnover by a third. Moreover, organic traffic to the website has more than doubled. This has been achieved without any additional staff or other external costs.
Since this work, we have continued to work together to come up with even more solutions that are helping to reduce administrative work, increase productivity and scale up certain activities.
We've been working with We Create Digital for 4 years now and the projects we have worked on have been instrumental in our growth. Every project with a goal in mind, redesigned websites to incorporate e-commerce, more recently updates to make our sites responsive resulting in a huge increase in mobile traffic and conversions and a bespoke CRM system giving us greater control over our customer service and the experience we provide. With projects planned throughout the summer I can't see a time where we won't be working with the We Create Digital team to stay ahead and provide the best service we possibly can.
