Project overview and objective

We developed a brand new website to help publicise groups and courses to support those with mental health problems for a London branch of a leading mental health charity.

What we did

City and Hackney Wellbeing Network offers free support to help people suffering from mental health problems. We were asked to set up a WordPress website featuring an in-built calendar to record and promote groups and courses aimed at supporting people improve their mental wellbeing and physical health.

By building a website powered by WordPress, the staff at City and Hackney Wellbeing Network are able to easily update the content of their website and the calendar listings. WordPress is an easy-to-use content management system that requires no knowledge of web design or development.

This website has enabled the team to better support the people who need their services.

Working with charities

When it comes to working with charities or organisations that have objectives other than profit, we like to do all we can to help out. This can take different forms – for example, a simple discount on the overall cost of a project. Alternatively, it could be support and advice on how to achieve a particular goal.

Whatever it is that we can do to help, we do our best to find a way to make things a bit easier. We get that it can be difficult to fundraise and it is important to keep costs low so we always do our best to achieve this. Ultimately, ensuring we are providing the best possible price is part of what we do for any client but with charities, it becomes even more important due to the extra accountability that is often required.
