Website design.

First impressions matter in website design: it takes the average web user just 0.5 seconds to form an opinion on a website. This is why it is crucial to stand out for the right reasons. We help companies gain the recognition they deserve by creating websites that showcase their products and services while supporting their organisation’s goals.

Website design FAQs.

Find answers to common questions about our website design services – from how we approach accessibility and branding to what’s included in the design process.

Yes – we can support you with branding as part of a website project or as a standalone service. This includes creating or refreshing your visual identity (logos, colour palettes, typography), developing brand guidelines, and ensuring your brand is applied consistently across your website and digital assets. Our goal is to make sure your site not only works well but also reflects a clear, professional, and memorable brand identity.

Our process is structured to give you clarity and confidence at every stage. We begin with discovery, where we learn about your goals, audience, and brand. From there we move into UX planning and wireframes, followed by visual design, then development, testing, and launch. At each stage you’ll have clear checkpoints and sign-offs, so progress is transparent and nothing comes as a surprise.

In short: Discovery → UX/wireframes → UI design → build → test → launch — with sign-offs at every step.

The timeline depends on the size and complexity of the project, but most websites we deliver take between 8 and 12 weeks from discovery to launch. Smaller brochure sites can be completed more quickly, while larger projects with advanced functionality, integrations, or bespoke design elements may take longer. We set out a clear schedule at the start, with defined milestones and sign-offs at each stage – so you always know what’s happening and when to expect your new site to go live.

We can design websites to align with your existing brand identity. If you already have brand guidelines, colour palettes, logos, and typography, we’ll work within those to ensure consistency across your digital presence. Where guidelines are less formal or need extending for the web, we can help refine them so your website feels both on-brand and user-friendly. The result is a site that looks professional, reflects your organisation, and delivers a consistent experience for your audience.

Yes, accessibility is a core part of our design and development process, not an afterthought. We follow WCAG guidelines to make sure sites are usable by people with a wide range of needs, including those relying on assistive technologies. We can focus on delivering websites that meet WCAG AA or AAA standards.

We always consider accessibility from the start – from colour contrast and typography choices through to keyboard navigation, semantic code, and ARIA support. We also run accessibility testing and audits before launch to catch any issues early. The result is a website that’s inclusive, compliant, and better for all users.

You do. Once the project is complete and signed off, all website files, graphics, and code we create become your property. We provide full access and a complete handover, giving you full control over your website and assets. We don’t believe in locking clients in – our aim is to keep working with you because we add value and deliver results, not because it’s difficult to leave.

Yes, we can migrate your existing content and images to the new website as part of the build. Where needed, we’ll also clean up and reformat content, optimise images for performance, and make sure everything is structured properly for accessibility and SEO. This ensures your new site launches with the right content in place and ready to perform.
