The client

Coggeshall Youth Project is a charity local to our agency, running after-school clubs for children of different ages offering a range of activities.

The objective

The charity wanted a more up to date website that was simple to use, professional and easy to navigate. It was important for the website to provide a fresh feel but also to have a design that won’t date for several years. As a small charity, they don’t have a budget for marketing so this would be one of the main ways to maintain visibility.

What we did

We created a website using WordPress, with a number of different templates to make it easy for anyone to update it, whether it be a volunteer or youth worker. There is a clear structure across the site, with some icons and imagery to bring it to life while keeping it professional for potential donors.

As one of our Directors, Anna, is involved with the charity, this website was pro bono. We usually offer charity discounts, but felt it was important to support this local group.

Results

Coggeshall Youth Project now has a website that they can update to add more activities, details of donors or news about what they are up to. It’s also able to provide information for parents and children looking for activities in the local community.
