We built Rofinery because agencies deserved better than spreadsheets and software that wasn't built for them. This award tells us we got it right.

We won Best Agency Software Vendor at the National Digital Awards

We’re delighted to announce that Rofinery has been named Best Agency Software Vendor at the National Digital Awards.

It’s a proud moment – but what it really tells us is that the problem we set out to solve is real, and that we’ve solved it well enough for people to notice.

Where Rofinery came from

Rofinery wasn’t built in the abstract. It first came from our own needs. When we first began, so many options weren’t available to us because of our size and high costs. So we built something that worked for us. Then after years of working closely with agencies – we noticed hardworking teams consistently struggled not because they weren’t good at what they did, but because the tools around them weren’t built for the way they actually worked.

Spreadsheets would hold together what three platforms couldn’t. Hours were spent proving problems that everyone already knew existed. Profitability figures were questionable due to inaccurate or incomplete data.

We knew there was a better way. We wanted this for ourselves as well as agencies we worked with. So we expanded our system to create Rofinery, a platform that was built by our agency, for agencies.

What this award tells us

Winning Best Agency Software Vendor tells us that the problem was worth solving, and that we’ve solved it well enough for people to notice.

Agencies using Rofinery are getting clarity they didn’t have before – on their projects, their people, their time, and their profitability. That’s pretty significant. For a small agency, that kind of visibility can be the difference between growing with confidence and constantly operating in the dark. It can be the difference between survival or losing your business.

What it means for We Create Digital

At We Create Digital, we’ve always believed that the best digital solutions come from genuinely understanding the problem first. Not from adding features for the sake of it, not from chasing trends – but from listening, observing, and building something that actually fits.

Rofinery is this mission in action. It’s a product built by people who have spent years inside agencies, for the people who run them.

This award is a validation of that approach and is testament to the skill and expertise of our team. And it makes us more committed than ever to continuing what we are doing – not just in Rofinery, but in everything we build for our clients.

Thank you

To every agency that has trusted us with their operations, every team member who shaped the product, and everyone who voted – thank you. We’re proud of this. And we’re just getting started.
