Introducing Rofinery: our new platform for managing digital projects

Over the last few years, we’ve been building and refining our own internal tools to help us manage client projects more effectively. From keeping track of website updates to handling support requests and planning new features, we wanted a system that worked the way our team works.

That’s how Rofinery was born.

Why we created Rofinery

Like many agencies, we relied on a mix of off-the-shelf tools that were powerful but not always flexible. They solved some problems but created new ones: scattered data, duplicated effort, and clunky workflows. They were also expensive. No single platform gave us everything we needed, so we relied on multiple subscriptions – and the costs quickly added up.

We decided to take what we’ve learned from more than a decade of running digital projects and design something better. That’s how Rofinery was born: a tool to simplify project management, centralise information, and support the way our team and clients actually work.

We started with our own internal tool, then spoke with other agencies to understand their challenges. This helped us refine and expand the platform so it wasn’t just built for our needs, but could genuinely work for others too.

Why we’re turning it into a SaaS

We don’t just want Rofinery to stay behind the scenes. By sharing it, we’re showing the approach we take with all our work: practical, thoughtful, and built for real use. It’s also a chance to get feedback from clients, partners, and peers as we continue to develop the platform. And ultimately, we want other agencies to use it and benefit from it.

Beta launch

Rofinery is now in beta. We’re opening it up gradually, continuing to test and refine features. The goal is to strike the right balance: giving early access to those who want to try it while ensuring stability and reliability as it grows.

Early users won’t just get access – they’ll help shape the roadmap and directly influence how Rofinery develops. In return, they’ll benefit from discounted lifetime pricing.

Built by our expert team

One of the biggest strengths behind Rofinery is the team that created it. We have drawn on years of experience building websites, applications, and digital systems for clients in sectors ranging from education to e-commerce.

Our designers focused on making the interface clear and intuitive, so teams can get work done without fighting the tool.

Our developers brought in best-practice architecture, making the system robust and extendable.

And with Alfie Wenegieme FCCA, the Chief Commercial Officer of Rofinery, we’ve added greater depth to the financial side of project management. He has shaped the way Rofinery handles figures, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring it supports the commercial realities of running an agency. His work means Rofinery doesn’t just track projects – it helps make better business decisions too.

The result is a platform that feels professional but flexible, powerful yet simple to use.

Rofinery is the next step in how we deliver projects – for ourselves, and soon, for others too.
