Project overview and objective
As we have connections to Brunel University, we were delighted to be part of a team that built a portal for all digital courses at Brunel. Competition between universities is increasing as students are seeking value for money so it was important for Brunel to stand out. They wanted to provide a more engaging way of demonstrating what they have to offer, to encourage students to apply to their courses.
What we did
The portal acts as a brochure for all of its courses, helping students to navigate the different options available. We built the website on Expression Engine, working predominantly on the backend. However, we now maintain both the frontend and backend of the site.
It also showcases current and old students, so prospective applicants can see where a course might take them in the future. In addition to this, it provides access to a work portfolio covering a number of years and categories, again demonstrating where previous students have ended up in their careers.
