The Grange Retreat had an old website that didn’t reflect the quality of their facilities. They required a brand new website that represented the full service they offer. Furthermore, they were looking for additional functionality to the site that would reduce the administration time required within their team when taking on bookings.

Boarding for dogs and cats has to follow a thorough process in order to maintain the health and safety of all the animals. A lot of information is required upfront such as information about the animal, a medical history, vaccination documents and insurance details.

Many of The Grange Retreat’s clients are regulars and therefore follow a different process as a lot of this information will already be on file. As a result, this required two different routes to support making a booking. We used Formidable Forms to construct the new enquiry forms and linked to their existing system to allow new customers to book their pets in. This was a cost-effective approach, while still matching the new aesthetic of the site.

The Grange Retreat goes beyond the usual boarding facilities you may find at a kennels. They also offer a special wedding service and grooming. It was important to showcase these, so clients or prospective clients would be aware of them, helping to grow business.

The final result is a website that is taking increasing numbers of bookings and helping to establish The Grange Retreat as one of the premier kennels and catteries in the area.
