We Create Digital have provided a bespoke service for us from the outset, and the customer service has been exemplary. Their whole approach has focused on listening to our needs and making changes to suit us. I was given training initially, with the promise of follow-up sessions as and when need. Not been an IT expert, I expected to need lots of further training, but the website design program is really simple to use. There is a lot of flexibility in how to present information on the webpage, with a combination of text, images and videos, as well the ability to make meaningful links between information on different webpages. That said, whenever I’ve needed advice or support, it has been readily available. We Create Digital actively seek our feedback and have make improvements based on that. I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending this company for website design!
